Roadsil Basic 25 KG

Roadsil Basic is a ready-to-use, pre-blended powder made of cement and graded quartz, designed for high-strength, shrinkage compensated repairs on roadways, pavements, and floors. Just add water, mix, and apply for quick, durable results.

HOW TO USE 

• Step 1: Surface Preparation: Clean the area, remove any loose material or corrosion, and prepare the surface using high - pressure water blasting or mechanical tools to expose aggregate.
• Step 2: Mixing Instructions: Use 6-7 liters of water per 25 kg bag. Mix for 4-5 minutes using a concrete mixer until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency, but avoid over watering.
• Step 3: Application: Fill the repair area completely, compact the edges, and avoid air pockets. Apply a trowel or broom finish for a smooth or textured look. Ensure a continuous workflow to avoid cold joints.
